Return and Refund Policy

At Nappy World UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened:

  • Opened packs of nappies or incontinence pads.

  • Personal care items with broken hygiene seals.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping: We provide a Free Return Label for faulty or damaged items. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
