At Nappy World UK, we are committed to ensuring your essential care products reach you quickly and discreetly. This policy details our shipping procedures and timelines.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Handling Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
Order Cut-off Time: To qualify for same-day processing, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

All orders are shipped from our facility in Dorset. We offer the following delivery services within the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days via a tracked carrier service.
Express Delivery: Typically takes 1 to 2 business days via our courier service.
Standard International Delivery: Typically takes 5 to 8 business days via our courier service.

Note: Delivery estimates are based on the date of dispatch. You will receive a notification as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Destinations

We provide delivery services across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Channel Islands. At this time, we do ship to P.O. Boxes and international destinations.

4. Tracking & Privacy

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Discreet Packaging: For your privacy, all incontinence and personal care products are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Nappy World UK takes responsibility for your order until it is delivered. If your items arrive damaged or go missing, please contact us immediately at nappyworlduk@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or investigation with the carrier.
